Interface ElementHandler

Functional Interface:
This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.

Called for each element a selector matches.

A class that also implements TextHandler or CommentHandler gets the text and comments inside the match too, from HTMLRewriter.on(String, ElementHandler).

Each call runs on its own fiber and the platform waits for it before it goes on, so a handler can wait on a binding or a fetch.
